Citroën C3 Aircross - the first generation model (debuted in 2010) is a pseudo-crossover based on a compact van Citroën C3 Picasso for sale in Latin America. It differs from the original car in increased ground clearance, an "all-terrain" body kit, original bumper design and a spare tire placed on the fifth door.
Equipped with engines of 1.6 liters (110–113 hp) and 2.0 liters (143–151 hp), which can run on gasoline and bioethanol, which is popular in South America. The engines are combined with a 5-speed "mechanics" and a 4-speed "automatic" (6-speed on restyled versions). The drive is exclusively front. Production of the South American Citroën C3 Aircross is organized in Brazil. This car was not delivered to Europe.
